Our task is to develop suitable formats for marketing the results of international and market-related surveys and for positioning Randstad as a thought leader and expert for labor market topics (Thought Leadership).
Based on this, we collaborated with the client to conceive and implement a New Work Trend Report series with different thematic focuses. This has been running very successfully since 2021.
Trend Report #4 from 2024 focuses on equity/equal opportunities in the world of work. Companies can use the findings of the studies to position themselves as attractive and future-proof employers.
In addition to the graphic and textual implementation of the report volumes with a "digital-first"* approach, we have developed a comprehensive marketing plan that includes media outreach, advertorials, social media campaigns (LinkedIn/Meta), customer information via mail footers and a dedicated landing page. The trend reports are publicly available for download.
*This means that the contents of the report are designed in such a way that readers are directed to more in-depth content on the Randstad website via embedded links and clickable visuals. In addition to specialist texts, interviews, podcasts and videos can also be found here.
The New Work Trend Report series is generating a strong response and is leading to numerous publications in specialist and leading media. The online-focused marketing plan ensures additional traffic to the Randstad website and regular downloads. The study results and Randstad experts are repeatedly quoted in press articles over a long period of time.
